Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame in the world of television when she joined the cast in One Tree Hill as Alex in its final three seasons. In the series' episodes, Jana Kramer sang her debut country albums. Her album of named Thirty One was placed within the Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached into the Top Ten. Over the past decade, she appeared as a contestant on Dancing with the Stars as she did in TV films and a number of television shows. There were also a few singles that weren't albums. Released in 2021 was the self-doubting Voices. Jana Rae Kramer is a Michigan native, who grew up on country music. Although she pursued an acting and recording career but her first screen appearance came in the independent horror film Dead/Undead (2002) when she was still in high school. Over the years Kramer was a regular on a variety of shows including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the part as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights' Second season (2007-2008). Kramer later appeared on television in the role of Portia Ranson on 90210 from 2008 until 2009, and as Brooke Manning in Entourage in 2009. She was added to the cast of CW One Tree Hill in 2009 as Alex Dupre where she stayed up until the end of the show in 2012, which was half way in. Jana Kramer Kramer was a part of the cast of One Tree Hill from 2009 through 2012. Kramer had signed an agreement to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she introduced her new contemporary country song I Won't Give up during an One Tree Hill 2011 episode. It was later featured on her full-length debut Jana Kramer in mid-2012. The song reached in the Top Five on the Billboard Top Country Albums Chart. She remained focused on her career in music following that, and not resigning from acting she appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would be popular with her fan base. In October 2015, Kramer released Thirty One by Warner Music Nashville. It was boosted by her Top Five country song I Got the Boy and also as a duet performed with Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. This album reached number 3 among the Billboard 200 country charts and at number 10 on the Billboard 200. Following a two-month run during 23rd Dancing with the Stars season, she finished in fourth place. The same year she was also a part of an adult contemporary smash with"Feels Like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
