Sharon Yvonne Stone born 10th March 1958, to Dorothy Lawson, a accountant and Joseph William Stone 2nd, a former tool and die operator and factory worker. Michael, Kelly and Patrick, are three of her siblings. Stone began second grade in kindergarten when she was five. Saegertown School in Saegertown Pennsylvania was the high school she attended. She graduated in 1975. In addition, she competed at the Miss Pennsylvania pageant and won Miss Crawford County. Stone moved to New Jersey with her aunt New Jersey, where she began a modeling career. The following month, Stone signed up at the Ford Modeling Agency. The next step was Europe in the course of a year residing within Milan, Paris and other cities. But, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene in Europe which led her to pursue acting while in the country. At 20, she appeared in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories" which received mixed reviews.
